  • Return Policy
  • No return without an original receipt.
  • All products, unless specified, from www.edemands.com come with a minimum of 30-day warranty for movement only; battery is not under warrantly by any means unless advertised differently.
  • Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
  • No return/exchange/warranty after 30 days - No Exceptions.
  • We must be notified of the situation like DOA products, Deviations, Short-shipments within 10 days of your receipt.
  • No refund after 10 days of your receipt, only exchange allowed if the merchandise is defective.
  • All returned products found to be indefective upon our inspection will be subjected to a $6 per item for service/restocking fee.
  • All products with FREE SHIPPING will be subjected to $6 handling fee when return.
  • All returns items must be in their original condition including: Packaging, Documentation, Warranty cards and manuals, Accessories etc., or replacement item or refund cannot be issued.
  • All items marked with "DIRECT WARRANTY" are serviced by the manufacturers directly. Please contact the manufacturer for service.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
  • Return Shipping Cost (The cost you pay to send an item back to us) is not reimbursable.
